Morocco has a
large number of Hospitals which are both public and private that offer major
treatments. There are also numerous chemist (pharmacies) in major town and
cities.

most large hospital to have modern instruments to backup qualified doctors

Public Hospitals usually also offer adequate equipments for emergency
care.

Being vaccinated against typhoid and polio is highly advisable in Morocco before
you decide to travel. Crucial vaccines include Typhoid, Tetanus, polio and

Hepatitis B.
The use of sterilized drinking water is advisable. You may buy bottled water to
prevent from sterilizing the water yourself; in which case it is important to
check the bottle is sealed.
Other drinks
such as milk are not pasteurized and are not recommended. Meanwhile, fruits and
vegetables must be washed, pealed and cooked before being eaten.
While visiting small cities and towns, it is highly recommended to use sterilize
water before use. Milk is un-pasteurized and so it should be avoided. It is also
advised to avoid dairy products in Morocco. Meat should be well cooked and
served hot and fruit and vegetables should be peeled and cooked respectively
before use.
